Writing letters is one of the oldest forms of communication. This lesson is about using a letter as part of your project. Its a great way to put a new angle on your journaling and can encourage you to capture a story you might not have otherwise.
Your letter can be to someone real or imaginary. It can be serious or silly. The point is to record a memory!

Journaling reads: I have always wanted to know where you got the strength to pick up and carry on after you lost two children and your husband within-all within 10 years. Then by the time you were 46 you were a window for a second time.
