Sometimes I think we are too close to our lives to see things for what they are. As we are living in the moment, we may not see all sides of something. But later, looking back, we can often process an event in a new way. This can be a disappointment that turned into a blessing later. It might be how we viewed our parents or other people in our lives. Or something that seemed like a good idea the time but turned out to be a struggle. Whatever it is, this week is about documenting the reality of something versus how we saw it at the time.
