Insecurities - we all worry or stress over things. We worry that we are not good enough or that we are making a bad decisions. These can be small worries or big ones. Document something that you worry about. It can be something you USED to worry about but don't any more or something bothering you now. Document why you feel the way you do.

Journaling reads: Last year at work we pulled off "Branch of the Year" for the 3rd year in a row and we were all on top of the world until we were called in to say we would all take a 4% pay cut right then and there. Sure it was better than losing my job but it sucks that I now make less than the job I left for this one. I am not sure what the future hold but I am crossing my fingers for no more pay cuts or even worse.
